By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the cdb44 platform at cdb44.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the cdb44 platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with cdb44 in respect of all products and services offered on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, RNG games, the Finance / Wallet system, the VIP loyalty program, and all promotional offers. These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by product-specific rules — including the Sports Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, and Bonus Terms — which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Your continued use of the cdb44 platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Interpretation

• "cdb44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cdb44 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the website at cdb44.net, all associated subdomains, and any mobile-optimised version thereof.
• "Member", "player", "user", "you" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the cdb44 platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" refers to a registered cdb44 member account, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a member's cdb44 account wallet at any given time.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency supported for transactions on the cdb44 platform.

Use of the cdb44 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cdb44 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of cdb44 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cdb44 platform or had a cdb44 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

KYC Verification

cdb44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of cdb44 products and services, you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one cdb44 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. cdb44 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All associated accounts will be permanently suspended.
• All bonus funds held across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture if fraudulent activity is identified.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cdb44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cdb44 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact cdb44 support immediately. cdb44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials.

All financial transactions on the cdb44 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cdb44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions via unauthorised channels will not be credited to your account and may not be recoverable.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account. Limits may vary by VIP tier.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cdb44 balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile banking transaction.
• Third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cdb44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Deposit integrity: cdb44 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably believes to have been made fraudulently or in error and to return the funds to the originating payment account.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission. Gold, Diamond, and Elite VIP tier members benefit from expedited processing times as stated in the VIP program terms.
• Wagering requirement: A minimum deposit must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. This requirement applies to real-money balance components that have not yet been turned over.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account dashboard.

cdb44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during bonus wagering, and bonus expiry periods are specified individually for each promotion.
• cdb44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that withdrawal does not affect a bonus already credited to an active member's account.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Winnings generated from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering requirements as deposited bonus funds, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

VIP Loyalty Program

The cdb44 VIP loyalty program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Loyalty points are earned on every eligible real-money wager placed across all cdb44 products. Tier advancement, benefit schedules, rakeback rates, cashback percentages, and point accrual multipliers are governed by the VIP Program Terms, which are published in the Exclusive section of the platform and updated from time to time.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on the cdb44 platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published within the relevant product section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; once confirmed, the odds are locked.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at cdb44's discretion, including during live events, to manage risk or correct pricing errors.
• cdb44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (manifestly incorrect odds). In such cases, the stake is returned to the member's balance.
• Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). Subsequent amendments to official results will not automatically trigger resettlement unless cdb44 determines it appropriate.
• Maximum winnings per event are subject to limits that vary by sport, market, and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in the Sports Betting section.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. The outcome of any completed game round stands regardless of connection status.
• If a technical fault or game error causes an incorrect game outcome to be displayed, cdb44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the member's balance. Winnings generated from a demonstrably faulty game round are not valid.

As a condition of your cdb44 membership, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — lawful personal recreation — and to comply at all times with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cdb44 platform:

• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• False information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one cdb44 account.
• Money laundering: Using the cdb44 platform to launder money or process funds connected to any unlawful activity. cdb44 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in respect of anti-money laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events the outcome of which you know or have reason to believe has been manipulated, fixed, or otherwise predetermined.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to cdb44 other than in cases of demonstrable fraud not attributable to you.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing cdb44 staff, live dealer personnel, or other members via any platform communication channel.

cdb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, match manipulation, or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the member.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the member's payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member.
• cdb44's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cdb44 support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, members are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Upon closure, any unclaimed bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

cdb44 offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are treated as the highest priority by the cdb44 support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, login is blocked, all marketing communications are suspended, and no new deposits may be made. Members who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to open a new account in breach of their self-exclusion are in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cdb44 will send an email notification to the registered address prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. The administration fee applicable to dormant accounts and the schedule on which it is applied are published in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform and updated from time to time.
